MADE-TO-ORDER

Our products are made-to-order. After an order is placed it takes on average 3-5 business days for fulfillment to finish and product(s) to be ready to ship.

NOTE: Due to COVID-19 related delays, order fulfillment time has been extended from 3-5 business days to 1-3 weeks.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We are also set up for Shopify Pay, and Google Pay.

Returns and Exchanges

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

Because all our products are made-to-order, we do not offer any returns or exchanges unless item is misprinted, damaged, or defective.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

We do not offer size exchanges so please carefully read over Sizing Guides before ordering.

ITEM IS MISPRINTED, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE

If any item in your order has one of the above problems you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days and send in a photo of the misprinted / damaged / defective item.

Shipping

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

After an order is fulfilled (see Made-to-Order) standard shipping is 3-5 business days within the United States.
